AFFINITY CONFECTIONS is a contemporary baking company that creates seasonally inspired desserts and pastries. All of our desserts and pastries feature unique flavor and texture combinations using premium natural ingredients to highlighting the flavor profiles of the ingredients we choose year round.
Our Brand focuses on the concept of “minimalism” to achieve a pure aesthetic that highlights the ingredients natural colors, shapes and textures. Our creative focus is perpetually ingredient driven. By pushing the boundaries in the creation of complimentary flavor and texture combinations we re-imagine and transform ingredients into harmonious finished products. We also take a minimalist approach with our packaging design to further our focus and commitment to making the finished products the star of the brand.
The Products
Our yearly menu features 2 premium collections. Our base collection features confections made with premium natural ingredients that are readily available year round. Our quarterly collection changes every season to feature confections made with premium ingredients that are produced and consumed in their peak season, think blackberries in the spring or persimmons in autumn. Along with our desserts and pastries, we produce the sauces, fillings and coulis used to create our signature flavor combinations for the productions of all our products. In addition to our focus on ingredients, we focus on portion control for our products with the intention of encouraging you to indulge and satisfy your sweet cravings without over indulging.
Our Philosophy
Since inception, Affinity Confections has remained ingredient driven with the sentiment that quality ingredients are indispensable to create quality products. Our goal is to elevate consumer standards and perceptions of desserts and pastries. We aspire to accomplish our goal by using traditional & modern techniques to re-imagine familiar items and enhance flavor profiles while creating new contemporary flavor pairings. We continuously strive to make the ingredients we choose the focal point of everything we create to provide a palpable flavor experience for our customers to indulge. As a constant reminder to keep ingredients first, we pay homage to the woman that inspired Affinity Confections by incorporating the same sentiment in our kitchens that she shared in hers.
